Five days late, and still not arrived

I use solopress all the time and absolutely love them. Quality is amazing and turn around is phenomenal! Service is always great too! Thankyou for your excellent efforts.

Great prints for an affordable price. I use this very regularly and the staff are very helpful. Any issues I've had have been dealt with professionally and they have always fixed any problem, thanks to Deanna for resolving my last issue.

Solopress were recommended to me by a very reputable company in Manchester. When i first started to place an order i spoke to them via email over 6 weeks ago. I explained to him that it was my first time ordering window vinyls and that i would need help with the design. it seems to him that he just wanted to get my order placed and over and done with. Order was placed, i wanted to clarify details on the order before i placed it, i tried to ring him and he never returned the call, so then i spoke to another lady (can’t remember her name) who was helpful. The order arrived, (window vinyls are split into 9 pieces) half of them were a wrong shade and my logo came out horrible due to a low resolution file which they failed to inform me about. I tried to email that specific person back several times to see if he could help. To date he has never replied to a single email i have sent him after i’ve made payment.
I started speaking to another lady who explained she would get the vinyl reprinted and amend the logo with the design team. I paid another fee for the design team to fit the logo issue. The new vinyl have arrived and they are not adhesive so i can’t put them up. I’m extremely frustrated as i needed the window vinyls for my business which is a franchise. The franchisor has become frustrated that the window vinyls are not on the windows and that they should of been on a month ago. The franchisor has now arranged for the window vinyls to be made by another supplier which i have to pay for. I have tried to speak to solo press to ask for a refund for the window vinyls that they failed to provided to an adequate standard and they keep offering me a reprint instead which is of no use to me now.
I have informed the company that recommend them to me that maybe they should think twice before recommending them again. I will not be using them again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

There was a problem with the printing of our brochure. I told them about this and they reprinted it quickly. So, no problems, which is what I look for in a supplier.

Always good, easy to use website and very quick delivery.

The business cards arrived one day early, however were cut very wonky. I was offered a full refund.

Very pleased and the paper quality is excellent. The back page was printed to near the spine otherwise it would have been five stars. This may have been due to my margins being a bit tight originally. Definitely recommend this company.

Used to be good, now awful, pay extra for quicker turnaround times, you don't get it, issues with orders never resolved, things get passed to customer service team but they never reply. Issues escalated to the customer service supervisor, e-mails get ignored. Spent thousands in the past 3 months, we're now finding a new supplier.

Why did we choose Solopress, because they're quick. Don't believe it - missed the first delivery date, then missed it again. We had staff standing by in these Covid sensitive times to pack and post the catalogues but Solopress let us down twice. Cheap - kind of. Good service - no.
